Job summary

ProSearch RecruitingPartners, an independent franchise of the MRI Network, is hiring a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and problem solving. The role requires 90-100% travel and living within 50 miles of a major airport.

The technician will support sales, install equipment, document service actions, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of a major airport.
• Travel 90-100% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Company uses E-Verify for employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in servicing company equipment.
• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Provide solutions for service on customer equipment at customer sites.
• Document all service performed and future needs.
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate company software capabilities to customers.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports and installation forms accurately.
• Track expenses and file expense reports timely.
