Job summary

ProSearch RecruitingPartners, an independent MRINetwork franchise, is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites for commissioning and integration of CNC machinery and automation systems. Responsibilities include installing equipment, solving on-site issues, documenting service actions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires 90-100% travel, living within 50 miles of a major airport, and full work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of a major airport.
• Travel required 90-100%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in servicing equipment.
• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Provide solutions for service of equipment at customer site.
• Document all service performed and future service needs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Demonstrate company software capabilities to customers.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports and installation forms.
• Track expenses and complete expense reports promptly.
• Maintain a safe work environment per OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Work overtime as required by workload.
