Job summary

ProSearch RecruitingPartners is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and problem solving for a leading CNC machinery OEM. You will support sales, install equipment, document service activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 90–100% travel, residency within 50 miles of a major airport, and authorization to work in the United States. Competitive benefits and overtime opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to use I/O structures for technical troubleshooting.
• Proficient with electrical/electronic test equipment and measuring devices.
• Strong mechanical/electrical problem-solving skills with data-driven resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales staff in servicing company equipment.
• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Provide solutions for service of equipment at customer sites.
• Document all service performed and future needs clearly.
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate company software capabilities to customers.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports, and installation forms promptly.
• Track expenses and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment per OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Work overtime as required by workload and customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
