Job summary

The position involves installing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and servicing equipment at client sites, documenting work thoroughly and maintaining safety guidelines.

Requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and ability to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to effectively use the Internet for information.
• Ability to understand and use I/O structures for troubleshooting.
• Able to use electric/electronic test/measurement equipment.
• Analyze and resolve technical mechanical or electrical issues from data.
• Read and comprehend technical manuals or electronic media.
• Document technical data clearly and thoroughly.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions with the corporate office.
• Proven customer service skills and relationship focus.
• Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and teamwork across roles.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales staff in servicing company equipment.
• Installing new equipment at customer sites.
• Providing solutions for service at customer sites.
• Documenting all service performed and future needs.
• Maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrating company software capabilities to customers.
• Preparing timesheets, service reports and installation forms promptly.
• Tracking expenses and completing expense reports timely.
• Maintaining a safe work environment per OSHA/MIOSHA.
• Communicating with other departments as necessary.
• Working overtime as required by workload and customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
