Job summary

ProSearch RecruitingPartners, an independent MRINetwork franchise, is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and on-site problem solving. The role requires living within 50 miles of a major airport and entails 90-100% travel.

Earn $30.00-$50.00 per hour with overtime and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, disability coverage, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Service company equipment at customer sites.
• Install new equipment at customer sites.
• Provide solutions for service of equipment at customer sites.
• Document all service performed and future needs.
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate company software capabilities to customers.
• Prepare timesheets, service reports, and installation forms.
