Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Chicago, Illinois to provide top-notch customer service and manage high-speed cash-handling equipment repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanics and demonstrate logical troubleshooting skills.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $25-$30 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or completed studies in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering.
• 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Diagnose problems and make necessary repairs.
• Complete installations and upgrades for systems.
