Job summary

Wittenbach Business Systems LLC seeks a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and security equipment. This role ensures systems operate properly and downtime is minimized.

You will interact with customers to confirm satisfaction, adhere to safety standards, and support continuous service excellence in a demanding field environment. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer software such as Android apps for timecards, expenses, inventory control.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and disassemble/repair assemblies.
• Understanding of input settings and configuration of equipment; providing feedback and applying training principles on the job.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure that cash automation products, ATMs and ITMs, and related security equipment operate with minimal downtime.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper service delivery.
• Follow safety and company policies and complete required documentation.
