You will ensure proper operation and respond to issues promptly to minimize downtime, while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in computer software applications including Android apps for timecards, expenses, and inventory management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues; skilled in disassembly and repair of assemblies.
• Understanding of input settings and configuration of equipment; can provide feedback on product performance and training concepts.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and security equipment.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and effective service delivery.
