• On-site or in-house repair of equipment to meet Rohde & Schwarz's high standards of performance.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Understand complex RF system architecture and apply that to diagnostic process.
• Represent the company in a customer support role and be responsible for customer satisfaction with equipment and servicing.
• Accurately prepare daily logs and reports of work performed, including hours spent and inventory used for each assignment.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.
• Effectively communicate with customers in a professional business environment.
