Job summary

ICEE Co. is seeking a Service Technician to service frozen beverage & ice equipment across locations. You will travel with company vehicle, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs while maintaining inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities include responding to service calls, coordinating with supervisors, and performing warehouse duties. A high school diploma and mechanical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• Strong mechanical background and hands-on aptitude.
• Good communication and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Trained and certified in preventive maintenance and installations.
• Respond to dispatched service calls with timely ETA.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain inventory and company vehicle/equipment.
• Review service orders with supervisor and note customer needs.
• Document work and close out activities; communicate clearly.
• Perform warehouse duties: cleaning, organizing, shipping/receiving.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
