Wittenbach is a leading provider of cash automation and security solutions. A Service Technician travels daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate preferred), valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. It involves lifting up to 50 pounds, using power tools, and interacting with customers to ensure

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security equipment.
• Ensure products are functioning properly and address issues promptly; interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
