🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Travel 80–90% of the time to install, troubleshoot, and repair high‑tech simulation equipment
• Provide white‑glove support to customers—from phone help to on‑site fixes and AV installs
• Diagnose issues, order replacement parts, and manage return logisticsDeliver basic user training and product orientations to customers
• Keep detailed service case notes, expenses, and repair logs up to date
• Support trade shows, demos, and company events as needed
• Be the friendly, professional face of the company to customers at all levels

• Comfortable sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time (overnight travel included)
