🛠 Field Service Technician – Simulation

Based in Texas or Colorado or Utah | ✈️ Travel up to 90% | 💼 Full-Time

This role is listed as remote for LinkedIn posting purposes — however, you must currently reside in one of the locations above.

You will travel nationwide frequently to support medical simulation systems, and you’ll occasionally report into your closest regional office (approx. 10% of the time).

What You’ll Do:

• Travel 80–90% of the time to install, troubleshoot, and repair high‑tech simulation equipment
• Provide white‑glove support to customers—from phone help to on‑site fixes and AV installs
• Diagnose issues, order replacement parts, and manage return logistics
• Deliver basic user training and product orientations to customers
• Keep detailed service case notes, expenses, and repair logs up to date
• Support trade shows, demos, and company events as needed
• Be the friendly, professional face of the company to customers at all levels
