Job summary

INNIO Group in the United States is seeking a maintenance technician with strong mechanical experience in automotive, power generation, heavy equipment, or diesel engines to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

The role requires teamwork, reading diagrams, and basic computer skills; travel including overnight stays is expected. On-site work in non-climate-controlled conditions with a focus on safety and reliability.

  • Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions; travel including overnight travel.

Qualification Requirements
  • Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support,
  • Empower and inspire the Service teams and Customers +7 years’ experience in a technical role or
  • extensive years of experience with issue resolution exposure within (Field-)
  • Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines) Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills
  • Willingness to work in shift model (depending) and on call
  • Experience working with electrical or mechanical systems
  • Fluency in English a must
  • Good interpersonal skills
Job Specific Knowledge
  • Strong communication skills…experienced in customer communications.
  • Boundaryless and multi-culture working mindset and team player.
  • Able to work efficiently without direct supervision.
Preferred
  • Multi-working experience with Jenbacher gas engines in the field, operational & commissioning, all engine types.
  • Jenbacher training certifications: FTB, FTA, CT1, CT2, MR6
  • Mechanical RCA research and analysis exposure
  • Previous field experience a bonus
