Job Details

Title: Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician
Location: Tempe, AZ (We hire for many locations in the US)
Type of Job: Long term Contract/Contract to permanent

Responsibilities

• If a driving job to various locations of the customers from the pickup parts location which is the location mentioned in the job.
• Visit business offices and homes to repair/troubleshoot/break-fix Computers/Desktops/Laptops/Printers.
• Use your own car to travel to provide service to customers.
• Work mostly for Dell products – previous experience is a plus.
• Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup parts location.
• Be very professional in communication and attire.
• Be ready for overtime work and extensive driving (around 300 miles per week).

Qualifications

• A+ Certification is mandatory (training/expired status is also accepted).
• Dell or any product manufacturer certification is a plus.
• Good experience working on laptops and desktops is mandatory.
• Good experience with break/fix is required.
• Background check and driving record will be conducted after offer.
• You may need to take Dell certifications training (online) and complete the certifications — free.
• Be ready for contract terms and conditions of the company.
• Pay will be biweekly for hours approved.
• Mileage will be reimbursed.
• Plan for a backup vehicle if your car breaks down.
