Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service professional to perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on a range of equipment for national accounts, healthcare, colleges, and hospitality sectors. The role emphasizes strong customer relations and reliable service.

Working hours are typically weekday 7AM–6PM with potential overtime; requires clean MVR, background check, and valid driver’s license. Company benefits include health plans and 401k match.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or equipment repair experience or equivalent education/training.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Mechanical aptitude in electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for diverse customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Provide excellent customer relations and support to national accounts, healthcare, colleges and universities.
