Job summary

Hirebridge LLC seeks a field-based specialist who travels to customer production facilities to assist with packaging material quality and performance. You will support proper operating conditions on packaging machines and collaborate with internal teams to reflect customer concerns in quality improvements.

Candidates will engage with customer management, conduct training, and generate reports to drive credits and continuous improvement in lamination and slitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts routine visits to customer facilities for packaging quality and performance issues.
• Makes unscheduled visits as requested by customer or company sales personnel.
• Observes materials in process and/or examines materials rejected by customer to determine reason for failure.
• Completes reports on rejected materials and ensures customer receives appropriate credits.
• Works with customer management and manufacturing personnel to maintain and develop positive relationships and improve quality and performance.
• Conducts training for customer personnel as requested.
• Completes and issues call reports to company management team.
• Holds meetings with manufacturing personnel to review issues and improve lamination and slitting quality and efficiency.
• Works with personnel as needed to ensure returned material goals are met or exceeded.
• Assists customer in establishing proper packaging machinery operating conditions.
• Performs other related work as required.

Summary:

Travels to customer production facilities to provide assistance with packaging material quality and performance issues. Supports customer in proper operating conditions on packaging machine for packaging material supplied. Works with internal manufacturing personnel to provide perspective of customer concerns and aid quality and performance improvements efforts.
