Job summary

Simpatico Systems, a Texas-owned technology company in the San Antonio area, is seeking energetic technicians to install, service, and repair physical security hardware, audio, and video equipment. This remote position offers travel opportunities and a chance to train customers as you showcase hands-on expertise.

You will communicate clearly, work with various tools, and tackle tasks with enthusiasm, contributing to a cutting-edge team in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• General knowledge of electronics and low voltage cabling.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Willingness to travel and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair Physical Security Hardware, Audio, and Video equipment.
• Train customers when you install exciting new things.

What We Look For

• A team player who plays nice with others but can do things alone, too.
• Valid driver’s license. Squeaky clean driving record.
• General knowledge of electronics and low voltage cabling.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in challenging positions (not quite Twister).
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel and enjoy a little overtime.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with low voltage cabling, alarm systems, surveillance, a little IT, and audio/visual hardware.
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade school training.
• Associate degree in Electronics/Networking or technical military equivalent.
