Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install, maintain, and repair coffee, juice, dishwashers and chemical-dispensing machines for diverse customers, including national accounts and healthcare facilities.

Experience in equipment repair and customer service is preferred, with strong knowledge of electrical/plumbing codes and the ability to read schematics. The role requires driving, physical work, and flexibility within standard hours.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or equipment repair experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Electrical, plumbing, health & sanitation codes.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state driver's license (required).
• Clean driving record (MVR will be run).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pass drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check.

Position Summary: Field Service professional, tasked with providing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and customer relations.

What you will do: As a service Specialist you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

When you will work: Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service. Opportunity for overtime available as needed and limited

What you'll bring to the table:
