Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service professional to provide preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and strong customer relations across a range of foodservice equipment. As part of the InnoServ team, you will install, service, and measure the performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and dispensing systems for national accounts, healthcare, and hospitality clients.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service or equipment repair experience.
• Mechanical aptitude including electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Must be able to lift heavy machines and pass drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and dispensing equipment.
• Provide preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relations and ensure service quality.

Field Service professional, tasked with providing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and customer relations.

What you will do:

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

When you will work:

Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service. Opportunity for overtime available as needed and limited

Position requirements:

• Experience: 2 years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check – we do not check your credit score)
