Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Field Service professional to provide preventive maintenance, emergency repairs and customer relations for a range of beverage and dispensing equipment. The role supports national accounts, healthcare, colleges, hospitality and large independent operators.

You will install and service machines, interpret manuals, and work Monday–Friday 7AM–6PM with potential overtime. A valid license and clean MVR are required, along with a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in customer service or equipment repair.
• Mechanical aptitude including electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR will be run).
• Must be 18+ and able to pass drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, perform preventive maintenance and service on coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and chemical dispensing machines for various customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relations, including national accounts and healthcare.
• Provide flexible coverage Monday–Friday 7AM–6PM, with overtime as needed.

What you will do:

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

When you will work:

Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service. Opportunity for overtime available as needed and limited

Position requirements:

• Experience: 2 years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check – we do not check your credit score)
