Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service roofing, siding, gutters and other exterior work. This hands-on, field-based role requires climbing ladders, accessing roofs, and delivering high-quality repairs.

You'll work full-time year-round in Raleigh, NC with a company truck, basic tools, ladders, weekly pay, and health benefits. Minimum 1 year experience and a valid license are essential, and you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on construction, maintenance, or a related hands-on field.
• Experience with roofing, siding, and gutters.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues.
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs.

Aspen Contracting is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician who knows their way around roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior construction.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based opportunity for someone who can look at a problem, understand what needs to be fixed, and take pride in getting the job done right.

You'll play an important role in making sure our customers are taken care of by addressing common issues related to the installation and maintenance of roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior components.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk job—and it isn't an entry‑level construction position.

We're looking for someone with real, hands‑on experience who is comfortable working independently in the field, climbing ladders and accessing roofs, completing repairs, and representing Aspen professionally with our customers.

Put Your Skills to Work

As a Field Service Technician, you'll use your construction and repair experience to identify issues and complete service work involving the exterior of residential and commercial properties.

Your work may include:

• Diagnosing and repairing common roofing issues
• Addressing siding and exterior repair needs
• Working with and repairing gutter systems
• 1 Identifying installation or maintenance issues
• Performing basic carpentry and general repair work
• Climbing ladders and accessing roofs as needed
• Handling and transporting materials
• Following safety guidelines and established installation procedures
• Helping ensure every customer is satisfied with the finished project

What You Bring to the Team

You will be a strong fit if you have hands‑on experience in:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Gutters
• Exterior construction or home repair
• Basic carpentry
• Construction maintenance and repairs

You should also:

• Be comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs
• Be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods
• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying environments

• Be dependable, organized, and able to manage your time effectively
• Have a friendly and professional approach when working with customers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in construction, maintenance, or a related hands‑on field
• Previous hands‑on experience with roofing, siding, and gutters Valid driver's license
