Role Description

This is a role for a Field Service Technician based in Nashville, TN. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software systems, ensuring smooth functionality and performance. Responsibilities include providing preventive maintenance, addressing technical issues, assisting clients with operational challenges, and training staff on equipment functionality. The technician will consistently interact with team members and clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with systems installation and maintenance, including familiarity with hardware and software integration in the MSFT Windows environment.
• Proven skills in troubleshooting and offering technical support, ensuring quick resolution of issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide end-user training and customer support
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and manage field operations efficiently
• Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus as well as the Aloha POS platform
• Relevant technical certification is preferred
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and travel within the Carolinas geography as required
