HonorBuilt is seeking a Digital Field Service Technician to install POS hardware and perform wellness visits in restaurants or retail environments in the Lubbock area. The role requires weekly local travel using a company vehicle and physical ability to service multiple sites.

Full-time position offering benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K, and a company vehicle. Prior experience with POS systems or related customer service is a plus.

Formación

• Weekly travel within local market with company vehicle.

• Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks.
• Ability to pass pre-hire drug testing and ongoing random testing.
• Experience using basic hand tools and drills.

Our team is looking for an individual to fill the position of Digital Field Service Technician in the Lubbock region. The position ranges from installation for Point-of-Sale and other hardware in a restaurant or retail environment along with Wellness Visits and maintenance checks. The position is full-time. We also offer health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability, 401K contribution, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications:

**This position requires weekly travel with company vehicle within the local market.**

• Some weeks it requires daily driving to cover all restaurants in a certain market
• Basic Windows OS and Microsoft Office knowledge Technical troubleshooting abilities
• Valid REAL ID-compliant Driver's License
• Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks
• Ability to pass pre-hire drug testing and on-going random drug testing
• Must have experience working with basic hand tools and drills

Bonus Qualifications:

• Restaurant or related customer service field experience
• Point of Sale System Exposure/Experience
• CAT-5 cabling experience
• Knowledge of configuring a network system

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk distances up to a half mile
• Ability to work while standing on concrete surface continuously 8-10 hours – Frequently
• Ability to work while bending, squatting and kneeling - Frequently
• Ability to work while extending your arms/hands overhead - Frequently
• Ability to sit in automobile, train or airplane for extended period of time - Frequently
• Use of small electric, cordless and hand tools - Frequently
• Climbing and work on ladders up to 12 feet – Frequently
• Lifting objects up to 100 lbs - Occasionally
