Job summary

Culligan Water is hiring a Field Service Technician/Installer to install, service, and repair water treatment systems in residential and commercial environments. You will receive a fully stocked company truck and on-the-job training from a veteran technician for the first 120 days. Growth opportunities and dependable hours are offered.

Job description

Culligan Water is looking for a skilled, motivated Field Service Technician/Installer to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, you'll be the face of Culligan, installing, servicing, and maintaining our industry-leading water treatment equipment in a variety of environments and weather conditions. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in delivering exceptional service, this is the opportunity for you. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, or construction is a big plus—we're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact every day!

That's not all; We'll set you up for success with a fully supplied company truck which contains the supplies and tools to do the job right and safely. Additionally, you will work side by side with, and be trained by, a service technician/installer, with over 20 years of experience, for the first 120 days of your employment. You WILL be properly trained.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience

Sign on Bonus: $3,000.00

Requirements

• Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related trade is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person!
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting and fixing equipment.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs. and comfortably perform physical work in a variety of weather conditions.
• A passion for working as part of a TEAM.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - you enjoy helping people and representing the Culligan brand.
• A self-starter who can manage a daily schedule of work, stay organized, and work independently.
• A GREAT listener.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

What you'll Be Doing:

• Install, service, and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and other top-quality water treatment equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep residential and commercial water systems running at their best.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, solving problems quickly and efficiently in the field.
• Deliver and exchange salt, equipment, and supplies while providing dependable, on-time service.
• Complete work orders with company supplied tablet.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, educating customers about their systems, and building lasting relationships.
• Keep your company truck organized by managing inventory and ensuring your tools and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for the next job.
