Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain our water treatment equipment in residential and commercial settings. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure on-time service while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a hands-on background in plumbing/HVAC/construction, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. English fluency and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or related trade is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company insurance requirements
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various weather conditions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - you enjoy helping people and representing the Culligan brand
• A self-starter who can manage a daily route, stay organized, and work independently
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be fluent in English

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues in the field
• Deliver and exchange salt, equipment, and supplies while providing dependable, on-time service

• Keep your company truck organized by managing inventory and ensuring tools are stocked and ready for the next job
