Job summary

Culligan Water Conditioning of Lexington SC is hiring for installation, service, and repair of Culligan systems, including water softeners and drinking water solutions. The role covers the Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA metro areas.

The service technician will perform diagnostics, installations, upgrades, maintenance, and travel as needed. Training is provided with extensive hands-on instruction and ongoing Culligan training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Plumbing experience highly preferred; HVAC and construction experience are encouraged.
• Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a good listener.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain Culligan equipment.
• Use company tablet to complete daily schedule and submit billing.
• Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment; able to work in a team.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and uphold positive public relations for the company.
• Follow all safety rules and Culligan policies.

Culligan Water is seeking an individual to provide installation, service, and repair of Culligan products in homes and/or businesses. Our products include water softeners, drinking water systems and solutions for problem water in the Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA metro areas.

The service technician provides repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations for Culligan equipment and products in customers' homes and/or businesses. The technician's goal is to provide the maximum amount of quality service to Culligan customers.

• Using a company provided tablet to complete daily schedule of tasks, and submit billing.
• Assisting other employees with the delivery and installation of products/equipment. Must be able to work within a team.

• Communicating positively with customers and maintaining positive public relations for the company
• Following all rules and regulations about safety and Culligan policies
