Job summary

Culligan Water Conditioning of Lexington SC is seeking a service technician to install, service, and repair Culligan products in homes and businesses in the Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA metro areas.

You will perform diagnostics, installations, upgrades, and maintenance using a company tablet to schedule tasks and submit billing, with comprehensive training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Plumbing experience is highly preferred; HVAC and construction are encouraged as well.
• Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a good listener.
• May require lifting/moving equipment from 50-75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment.
• Use a company-provided tablet to complete daily tasks and submit billing.
• Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment; work within a team.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company.
• Follow all safety rules and Culligan policies.

Culligan Water is seeking an individual to provide installation, service, and repair of Culligan products in homes and/or businesses. Our products include water softeners, drinking water systems and solutions for problem water in the Columbia, SC and Augusta, GA metro areas.

The service technician provides repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations for Culligan equipment and products in customers' homes and/or businesses. The technician's goal is to provide the maximum amount of quality service to Culligan customers.
