Job summary

Process Solutions Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our growing service department.

You will perform startups, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance for water treatment systems at industrial and municipal sites, reporting to the Field Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and plumbing skills, solid communication and customer service abilities, and the capacity to travel up to 50% with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Water treatment and/or PLC experience a plus.
• Degree in a technical field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite startups for water treatment systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment at industrial/municipal sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance on water treatment systems.
• Travel to customer sites as required (up to 50%).

Every customer is unique and so are their water needs. We have served the high purity water market for over 25 years, providing equipment and services in Ohio and surrounding states. We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join a rapidly growing service department to provide onsite services such as startups, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance for water treatment systems at industrial and municipal sites. The position will report directly to our Field Service Manager.
