We are seeking a skilled and experienced Water Purification Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for all aspects of service, installation and troubleshooting of equipment. This is a hands‑on role that requires technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on water treatment equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
• Repair or replace faulty components or parts
• Conduct tests to ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
• Provide technical support to customers as needed
• Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing technical issues with mechanical aptitude
• Plumbing familiarity is preferred
• Technical sales experience in water treatment is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Experience in field service or HVAC is desirable
