Job Title: Field Service Technician

Perform maintenance on ATMs and conduct electro-mechanical repairs. Responsibilities include:

1. Basic installation functions such as setting up and testing equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, and installing locks.
2. Technical fixes and troubleshooting.
3. Inspect products for correct operation and resolve issues or escalate according to procedures.
4. Prioritize and plan service calls.
5. Contact customers with estimated time of arrival.
6. Follow control processes in the assigned area of responsibility.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in close quarters around equipment.
• Familiarity with computers and consumer communication devices such as smartphones.
• Service or electro-mechanical experience is a plus.
• 5+ years experience with electromechanical equipment and/or ATM experience is highly desirable.
