We're looking for a Field Service Technician who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with cutting-edge equipment, and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to deliver top-tier service to our valued customers.
This is more than just a job — it's your chance to become the face of a highly respected manufacturing brand, working directly with clients across the country to ensure our machines operate flawlessly from day one.

- Travel nationwide to perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on machines (warranty and non-warranty)
- Fabricate on-site, including welding, layout, and sheet metal work
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
- Collaborate with in-house manufacturing teams to identify and resolve potential field service problems
- Train both customers and fellow employees on machine operation and best practices
- Prepare detailed service reports and provide feedback to internal teams
- Support the Technical Service Manager and Field Service Supervisor with special projects and initiatives

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Skills:
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Fabrication, welding, and layout skills
- Strong communication — both written and verbal
- Able to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, climb, bend, etc.)
- Basic math skills and solid reasoning ability
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable with frequent travel (65-75%)
- Bonus: Experience training others in the use of complex machinery
What You’ll Get
- A dynamic, travel-heavy role where no two days are the same
- A chance to work with a seasoned technical team and develop specialized skills
- Opportunities to build customer relationships and make a real impact in the field
- Support from a collaborative, safety-conscious work environment
- Expect to work in a traditional shop setting as well as on-site at customer plants. You'll need to be comfortable with temperature variations, noise, and occasional exposure to fumes or dust depending on the location.
Ready to take your technical skills on the road and be the hero our customers need?
