Job summary

100Hires, Inc. manufactures and distributes industrial centrifuges and screens, serving the food & beverage industry and related sectors. This hands-on Mechanical / Field Service Technician role supports both field work (mostly local) and in-house production.

Expect a 6–12 month ramp-up with minimal travel in the Tri-State area; a company car and gas card are provided. Start times are flex between 7:00–9:00 AM. Onboarding includes drug screen and background checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical repair experience.
• Field service experience not required; strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Must own personal tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Passport required upon hire.
• Drug screen and background/MVR checks required.

Responsibilities

• Support field service and in-house production/manufacturing.
• Hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Participate in a 6–12 month ramp-up period.
