Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Ohio is seeking a Service Technician to install, perform preventive maintenance, and service a range of commercial beverage and dispensing equipment for national accounts, healthcare, colleges and large operators in the West Cleveland area.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of customer service or equipment repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 2 years previous customer service or equipment repair experience.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Valid state driver\'s license and clean MVR; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install and provide preventive maintenance for coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and dispensing machines.
• Perform service and repairs for national accounts, healthcare, colleges and large food service operators.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relations.

What you will do:

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators.

When you will work:

• Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Opportunity for overtime available as needed and limited

Position requirements:

• Experience: 2 years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes. Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check - we do not check your credit score)
