Qualifications

• Execute the installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex telematics hardware across various construction and heavy equipment assets.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate wiring challenges, including CAN network integration and custom harness fabrication, to ensure reliable data transmission.
• Perform comprehensive system testing and calibration to verify equipment functionality and communication integrity.
• Travel to client locations and regional facilities to provide on-site technical support and hardware deployment.
• Document installation processes and troubleshoot technical anomalies to maintain high standards of system reliability.
• Serve as a technical representative, ensuring that all hardware deployments meet rigorous quality and safety benchmarks.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in 12V electrical systems or mobile electronics.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and utilizing diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently in diverse field environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical capability to maneuver in tight spaces, lift 25+ lbs, and perform tasks in various outdoor conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in automotive electronics, car audio installation, or HVAC technical support.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation or industrial machinery maintenance.
