Job summary

Think Consulting in Sterling Heights, MI, is seeking an experienced field integration engineer to lead customer-facing technical activities across R&D and operations. You will install, integrate, commission systems at customer sites (domestic and international), provide on-site support, and deliver demonstrations and training.

The role requires 2-5 years in system integration, strong electronics literacy, familiarity with TCP/IP and RS-232/RS-485, and willingness to travel internationally;

• Strong understanding of electronics and ability to read schematics.

• Understanding of mechanical systems.
• Experience with test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope - advantage).
• Experience with Embedded systems / Linux - advantage.
• High-level English (spoken and written).

Role Purpose

Responsible for integration, testing, deployment, and field support of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, and software). Acts as a customer-facing technical lead, supporting R&D-related projects and managing customer interactions throughout deployment and operation.
