Qualifications

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing tools, machinery, or industrial equipment.
• Experience communicating directly with customers and supporting field service or sales activities.
• Proven ability to manage a large geographic territory and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair Vertex tools and equipment in the field.
• Train customers and personnel on operation, maintenance, and servicing of Vertex tools.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits and travel schedules to maximize territory coverage.
• Build relationships with customer personnel at all levels, from operators to plant leadership.
• Coordinate with the Vertex Sales Office to support customer needs and sales growth.
