Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years work-related experience.
• Familiar with cameras and their components.
• Knowledge of basic networking and network cabling; Windows 10/11 experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain video surveillance and access control systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot systems to the device level.
• Install and configure software/hardware as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and updates (firmware, cameras, servers, switches, UPSs).
• Update and close daily logs and tickets.
• Travel across NYC to install, repair and maintain equipment.
• Use hand tools and electronic test equipment for installation and repair.
• Handle cabling tasks as required.
