Job summary

EnerStar Solutions is hiring Field Technicians to support rig moves, site setups, and equipment repairs across active job sites. This hands-on oilfield role offers outdoor work, travel, and the opportunity to build real technical skills while maintaining safety as a priority.

You will perform maintenance, repair equipment, and keep accurate service tickets. Travel to regional sites is required, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in oilfield, maintenance, or construction.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work daily.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support rig moves, site setup, and releases.
• Repair and perform basic maintenance on equipment (plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Complete preventive maintenance and on-site repairs.
• Work with supervisors and clients on-site.
• Maintain service tickets and obtain job sign-off.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements.

No two days are the same. If you have mechanical ability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, we will train the right candidate.

What You Will Do

• Support rig moves, site setup, and releases
• Perform equipment repair and basic maintenance (plumbing, electrical, general mechanical)
• Complete preventive maintenance and job site repairs
• Work directly with supervisors and clients on‑site
• Maintain accurate service tickets and obtain job sign‑off
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience (oilfield, maintenance, construction, or similar)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends as needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work daily

Preferred (Not Required)

• Oilfield or field service experience
• Basic carpentry, electrical, or maintenance skills
• Experience using mobile work orders or field software
