Sandvik Mining is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a hybrid role, based in Denver, CO or Tucson, AZ. The position requires 3 days in-office per week and focuses on recruiting Field Service Technicians and skilled technical professionals to support exceptional customer service and equipment service operations.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, strong collaboration with hiring managers, and utilization of diverse sourcing channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of high volume (10–30 requisitions at a time) full life cycle recruiting.
• 2+ years of college recruitment preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted recruiting strategies to attract Field Service Technicians across regions.
• Build pipelines with experience in equipment maintenance and field service.
• Source talent via trade schools, military programs, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Screen candidates for technical aptitude, field service experience, travel requirements, safety, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and required certifications.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and offers.
• Monitor labor market trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support workforce planning to ensure technician staffing meets service commitments.
• Maintain candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs.
