Job summary

Zedcor Security Solutions is seeking a full-time, on-site Service Technician for the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. You will install, maintain, and repair MobileyeZ security towers at customer locations, performing routine maintenance and diagnosing issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications

Strong maintenance & repair skills for security equipment.
Effective troubleshooting to diagnose technical/connectivity issues in the field.
Field service and customer-facing skills to work on-site at client locations and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair MobileyeZ security towers and related equipment at customer sites.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; diagnose issues and coordinate field service visits.
Document work performed and update service records; coordinate with operations/monitoring teams to resolve issues.
Explain work performed to customers on-site and provide basic usage guidance while upholding safety standards.
