Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform major component replacements and repairs across the fleet, with safety as a priority and strict adherence to Invenergy policies.

You should expect to travel away from home for 4-week intervals, with a week at home. The role requires outdoor work, climbing and heavy lifting, and collaboration with site personnel on safety and maintenance. Base pay ranges from $32.49 to $52.97 per hour, plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of technical experience or relevant education in mechanical or electrical fields.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather and lift/move up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively represent Invenergy and the Field Service Group to internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults across equipment platforms.
• Train site personnel in safety and maintenance procedures.
• Lead teams to perform component replacements and repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems across platforms.
• Perform inspections and compile reports.
• Complete daily and monthly reporting requirements.
• Write and revise procedures for component replacements.
