Job summary

Invenergy Services LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform and train on major component replacements and repair services for renewable energy systems. This full-time position requires technical experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions. The role involves leading troubleshooting efforts across multiple equipment platforms and adhering to safety policies. The pay range is $32.49 - $52.97 hourly, with potential bonuses and a variety of benefits including medical and 401k options.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical experience and/or education related to renewable energy systems.
• Experience in multiple platforms strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform major component replacements and repair services as needed.
• Train site personnel in Operations activities including Safety and Preventative Maintenance.
• Lead teams to perform major component replacements and repairs.

Skills

Technical experience related to renewable energy systems

Ability to troubleshoot using software systems

Communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Ability to work safely with limited supervision

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
