Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Field Service Technician – 100% travel. You will perform and train on major component replacements across the Invenergy fleet, ensuring safety and adherence to policies. Travel involves 4 weeks away from home with a 1-week break.

Requirements include 1 year of technical experience, a HS diploma, ability to work outdoors, and a valid driver's license. Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• One year of technical experience or equivalent education in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and at heights.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Field Service Group to represent Invenergy with internal and external parties.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults across equipment platforms.
• Train site personnel in safety, maintenance, and operations procedures.
• Lead teams for major component replacements and repairs.
• Prepare reports from site inspections and document workflows.
