Job summary

Kreg Therapeutics is seeking a Field Service Representative to handle delivery, service, and pickup of rental medical equipment in the South San Francisco area. The shift runs Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30pm–9:30pm, with opportunities to travel for product transfers within markets.

You will prepare equipment for patient use, perform testing and troubleshooting, and maintain vehicles and equipment in accordance with company policies. Strong communication with central dispatch is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel overnight for product transfers within markets.
• Willingness to operate in a 24/7 environment on a specific shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, service and pick-up medical equipment from facilities.
• Become skilled at testing, troubleshooting, repairing, operating all Kreg Therapeutics products.
• Maintain company vehicles in a clean and orderly manner.
• Accurately complete daily reporting requirements.
• Initiate and maintain positive interactions with all customers.
• Meet all competency expectations to operate a 26-foot box truck.
