Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices across hospitals in the United States. You will install hardware, configure software and network products, set up equipment and workstations, and conduct routine tests with data recording.

Travel nationally to support customer needs and collaborate with healthcare teams. The role requires 1+ year of related experience; 3+ years preferred; must have a driver's license, access to personal vehicle

Qualifications

1+ year related technical experience required.
3+ years in a field technical role preferred.
Experience in field service, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, IT or related tech work preferred.
Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States.
Organize, test, and update medical devices.
Install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
Set up and organize equipment and workstations.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Travel nationally to support customer needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and on-site teams.
Support technical initiatives in medical device technology.
