Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with window and door products, installation, and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service windows and doors at homes and commercial sites.
• Travel to customer locations to diagnose and resolve product concerns.
• Document service activities and submit reports using mobile devices.
• Maintain safety standards and vehicle inventory.
