Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer sites. You will operate service vehicles, maintain tools and equipment, and respond to emergency calls as needed.

The role requires knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, mechanical systems, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure service excellence. This is a hands-on, on-site position with potential after-hours shifts, and you will work closely with clients

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on water/wastewater treatment equipment.
Troubleshoot on-site equipment failures and operational issues, providing solutions to clients.
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles.
Prepare tools, equipment, and materials required for service work.
Schedule and plan service calls effectively.
Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records and document completed work.
Respond to emergency service calls outside of normal hours including weekends and holidays.
Communicate clearly with customers and team members, offering recommendations to improve equipment performance.
