Job summary

IGT is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers across Saint Louis, MO. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure equipment operates at peak performance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

In this role, you’ll travel throughout Saint Louis, including overnight stays as needed, participate in on-call rotations, and handle on-site installations and preventative maintenance. A high school diploma and 2+ years of field service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role.
• Clear communication and problem-solving in the field.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently (50-75%).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues to identify root causes.
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys.
