Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to ensure patient-ready medical devices across rental and customer-owned products. You will clean, disinfect, perform function checks, and complete minor repairs in hospital/service settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record are required.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting and repair of assigned products.
• Ability to troubleshoot devices and repair malfunctioning components.
• Ability to use the appropriate tools in making adjustments and repairs.
• Provides on-call coverage, up to 24/7 including weekends and holidays.
• Able to load, unload, and move medical products up to 1680 pounds.
• Generates service revenue and completes activities under service contract.
• Operates box trucks or company cars from cargo van to 26,000 lb truck.
